Update 1.1: Speeeeed
Rereading my stat choices, i forgot Speed was a element in the game, and thus i am reimplementing it, sorry for that sloppy work but here is how it will work.
Basically if you have a higher speed than opponent you will go first. For every 2 speed you have a 1% chance to get a EXTRA ACTION. So speed based characters could be extremely powerful. but comes down to luck.

Oh and list of statuses
Fallen: No actions for 1 turn, certain moves can take advantage of this
Stunned: No actions for 1 turn, certain moves can take advantage of this.
Power-up: Double damage, but next turn you do 75% damage to the target if you fail the roll
Adrenaline: Able to do a badass epic move this turn, but next turn you are weak and take double damage and do 50% damage for one turn
Burned: 50% less physical damage done, 10 damage per turn
Bleeding I: Take 5 damage per turn for 3 turns
Bleeding II: Take 15 damage per turn for 3 turns
Bleeding III: Take 20 damage per turn, and move 50% slower for 4 turns
Gouged (Bleeding IV): Take 30 damage per turn for 2 turns but deal 50% less damage, move 75% slower for 5 turns and your stamina is halved for the whole battle.
Enraged: You deal an extra 150% base damage to all abilites but you take 50% recoil damage. Does not effect spells
Confused: 25% chance to deal half damage to your self. Have to roll a 15 or higher to get rid of confusion
Poisoned: You take a 2 turn delay on 30 damage, during the delay, you deal 25% less magic damage.
:Toxic You take a 3 turn delay on 60 damage, during the delay, you deal 25% less magic damage.
Intoxicated: You gain confusion and a random positive effect
Verge of death: You deal 200% more damage while you are below 10% health, can only happen every other battle.
Guard: You take 50% less damage for a turn
