    Preface

My suggestion is to add damage test dummies. they have infinite health but when a spell is used on them it displays on top for 3-5 seconds exactly how much damage you did with your spell or spell combo. For example, an archer used bomb+arrow storm. the dummy now displays or gives you a message in chat exactly how much damage you dealt to the dummy. this would eliminate trying to test on random mobs, getting numbers covering each other in screenshots, and it would just e nice for people trying to test max/min numbers for builds.

    Part 1 of implementation

the next part of my suggestion will be outlining how to implement this new, innovative idea! in the major towns, there could be a "training room"
building added" or reused from an old unused building to house teleport block to a room full of these training dummies where you can test exactly how much damage you deal.

Issues with this suggestion at first?
    1. What if there are too many people using the training room at once to the point where its completely full?
To solve this issue your character would be invisible to everyone else, that way nobody else will be hindered by having a crowded training room. also there would have to be different training rooms for different major cities that fit the aesthetics of those cities of course. your party members and people on your friends list on the same server as you would still be visible though.

If you have any thoughts on my suggestion please feel free to answer the poll, leave a comment and if you liked it, like this post!

    Thank you very much!

oh.. when was that added and where XD

Edit, yes i know that there are training dummies but they have the same problems that i stated in the main thread, they are hard to see the exact numbers on and they move around when attacked therefore making it even more difficult. these would just be changed to my far more superior system.

What, and deprive villagers of their purpose in life? In all seriousness, this would be nice to test damage with a new build or after a patch, and would give a better reading than testing on villagers (though far less fun).

there currently are but they act essentially the exact same as mobs do and they aren't any more user friendly making it very tedious to measure damage and what type of damage you're doing the most of etc.
