Going to do a big Investigation of the basement !

I hover to the side to get in range, over-change my gauntlets with crackling blue electricity as a bonus action, then unleash twin blasts of magical force from my gauntlets at the golem.

Attack 1: 17 + 9 = 26
Attack 2: 11 + 9 = 20

Damage 1: 4 + 5 = 9 force damage, plus an additional 8 lightning damage from the overcharge, and it's knocked back 10 feet.
Damage 2: 6 + 5 = 11 force damage

Total: 20 force damage and 8 lightning damage, plus 10 feet knockback.

 

A couple of the picture frames hanged along the basement walls, you can tell, aren't empty. The pictures are just flipped backwards.

 

I'm going to flip them back to normal.

I say loudly, then fly upwards 30feet and Eldritch Blast the Eye.

To hit 2: 9 + 10 = 19
Damage 1: 5 + 5 = 10
Damage 2: 6 + 5 = 11
Total damage: 21 force damage
