In that case, I'll just look at the contents, see if it's anything different from... whatever's usually in the freezer to a sushi place (I assume fish, but who knows?).

"Hm. Anyway, any idea what we're supposed to be doing with these papers and this creepy abandoned restaurant?"

 

“I don’t fucking know.”
I say in a casual way.
“I saw some girl staring at us from across the street, but she fled. She had this pink and red hair and had a heart on her neck.”

 

"That's... concerning, possibly."

 

“Yeah. So, that’s a worry. It’s also a worry if I have to deal with this guy more.”
I point my thumb to the small person.

 

There’s an assortment of fish and seaweed in the boxes. The upside down box is almost glued to the floor with ice and frost.

 

"So, shall we go see what's in there?"

 

“What, the sushi place? Nothing important. A freezer.”

 

Nothing seems out of place. This is just some worker screwing up the packaging then.
I'll exit the freezer and continue the attempt to find that light switch.

 

Just want to inform whoever entered the restaurant that you saw stairs leading to a top floor. In case I didn't make that clear enough or didn't even mention it.

“Well, there was also an upstairs, but it didn’t seem like anyone would be up there.”

 

As you search the walls near you for a light switch, you fail to find any source of light. You almost stumble as you find a staircase leading upwards.

 

"Nothing's happening at the moment, so... best not rule anything out."

 

“Paper said to meet at the corner, but sure.”
I make my way back to the entrance of the shop, then go up the stairs whether you come with me or not.

 

I follow.

 

You both enter into the dark room and bump into a warforged guard standing near the door. A halfling stands near the stairs on the other side of the room. The freezer remains open.

 

I slip by the guard, uncaring, and go up the stairs.
(And, remember, I have Devil’s Sight, so darkness isn’t a problem)

 

Do I even notice the people entering the place?
