This giant rat thing somehow one shotted Qira according to the rat tale, also I heard that it killed all LI bosses in one blow, causing LI to break and the admins or the builders have to rebuild it.
Thats why they decided to hide the giant rat under Ragni's walls. However it will somehow break cuz of this rat's violence. Therefore, I suggest banning this dangerous rat from the game, for the traders and adventurer's safety. Doing so can also prevent LI breaks again, causing the merchants' death and people can't trade for the prizes.

 

You don't have to kill Yahya to finish the quest, so it's not really a quest boss. The quest book just says something like "escape the wrath of Yahya"
