The Crystal Cannon was created from the mystic sands of a
faraway land and was forged by a master blacksmith.
He gave the glass weapon to a young adventurer, who required
something light, but had deadly power.

 

I think the buff to agility and dexterity is a bit overpowered, also keep in mind that, along with the base damage being higher than any existing weapon, the skill points will increase the damage as well, so maybe the base damage should be nerfed as well. Otherwise, I like this :D

EDIT: Okay so it is a weapon that makes the user fragile, so the nerf should be small (maybe 70 less base damage and +25 dex and +15 agi maybe?) but without that its damage output is rrreally high
