Any Class Crafted Rainbow Hive Weapon Weird Build

I tried to get as many buffs as possible on this mess:

Perks:
Fully crafted (except for weapon).
No debuffs.
Versatile.
Rainbow.
Good durability.
Super fast atk speed.

Oh also don't mind that it says you can't wear it. Wynndata is a little funky and doesn't put them in the correct order. The way to put the items on is this: Helm, Chestplate, Necklace, Pants, Bracelet, Ring 1, Ring 2, Boots.
You also get 10 sp left which i'd put into either Intelligence or Strenght but obv you can put them wherever ye want.

I'm ready to take all the criticism so come at me.
