Warrior/Knight Covergence with Infernal Impulse

Hi guys!
I recently got a Mythic Spear, Covergence, yesterday and I tried to make a build for it. At first I used Cancer+Hetusol and realized my damage is not existed, then I changed to TWF and I died pretty quickly in the new lootrun challenges.

Although Convergence provides me a hpr boost, it is not enough for a player with skill issue(me). I’d like you guys to make a build using Convergence and Infernal Impulse for heal.

Restrictions: LI accessories are okay, Hive items are okay, I only have Stardew and Slayer for Mythic boots, Try to avoid items from TNA (but if I have to use it, that’s okay)

I’m running something like this with (BMonk+Paladin)
