World Cosmetics Changes.

This is a small suggestion but it bothers me. I’ll go through my main point really fast. You should be able to scrap Black Market items for something like a tier 3 crate because if you have 2 of a particles you can’t really do anything else besides scrap But you can’t with black market items but you can with Wybels but after 3 duplicates you can’t do anything else.

Another is about the Wybel token. I know there is some coding involved with the Wybel but there must be an another solution.
