    @Pretzule I have a Question- Say a person wins 1st place in the Contest, and gets VIP+ , but what if that person is already VIP+ does it get upgraded to Hero Rank?

    Charcoal would count as traditional art(as long as its not made on a computer), and pixel art on Gimp would count as digital art.

    Question, if it's a digital entry, does it have to be drawn art? Or could it be a image created through cropping other images together or something like that.
