    Could someone with VIP+ not upgrade to Hero if they win? The cost of Member > VIP+ is the same as VIP+ > Hero.

    Well that is true, but the rewards for each are different, and it would be kind of unfair that someone who has never donated gets less rewards as compared to someone who previously has, even though they both did the same act.

    But then again, survival of the fittest. Wouldn't be fair for someone who payed to not get all their rewards because they already donated.

    Builds are not allowed, has to be what is illustrated there.
    Nope, while the price is the same the actual benefits are not.
    It can be a 3d model, but it's gotta be Wynn themed.
