Constantly losing HP for seemingly no reason- help!

I am playing as an archer and around level 40, I realised that I started to gradually lose health for no reason. I am now level 93 and if i am playing I notice that the hp goes down quite quickly and i go afk for a sec and come back, I am at 1 HP out of 9,000. I have looked at my gear and nothing has negative Health Regen, so I am very confused on why this is happening. It also happens on my level 40 assassin build (same issue).

Any help would be great!

You may have negative life-steal, which will cause you to lose health on main attacking.

Otherwise, re-check your id's using the player head icon in the compass menu.
