    ok lemme re-visit my caculation
    P(getting 1/4 4times)=P(not getting 2/4 4times)=P(not getting 2/4|getting 1/4)^4
    =0.7^4 or (1-0.3)^4 <= which are the same
    =0.2401=24.1%
    the probability of getting 1/4 n times is actually 0.25^n
    in this case 4 times, it's basically 24.1% of not getting 2/4 with 4 ReID
    which is quite unlucky still
