    the -thunder def isn't worth it in the long run (especially if your build has -thunder def %) The only way I would see someone using it over concentration is if they have a high thunder defense and are focusing on damage over defense, or need the +intelligence to hit a certain number of intelligence (lets say 129) for lowered spell cost
