Huh? There's nothing that even comes close to claiming this. In fact, there've been several rumours in the past, (both in and out of the game) about Dern being found via the Abandoned Mines. And wouldn't you know it, the Coming Soon area is right next to them.

It could just be Dern and be more 75-endgame content. It doesn't make much sense in the lore for it to actually be a part of Wynn; something that's never been mentioned before, yet is part of the most well-documented province? Seems unlikely.

Fruma, yes, Dern, no.

I guess this is sort of a rehash of what's been already said, but there you go.

 

humans come form fruma, dern isn't the villager's fruma in the sense that they don't come from there
