combat xp overlay

    so i was watching a wynncraft yt vid and saw someone have a overlay showing all the combat xp bombs in different servers and i was wondering if it was something to do with the /bombell command which reqs champion rank or if it is something else.

    It's from the Wynntils mod, and it's populated by the popups from bomb bell
