World Cobwebs

Make a mob called a "Cobweb" that would spawn inside of actual cobwebs. They would be similar to suspicious crates.
But instead of dropping emeralds, give them a chance to spawn a cave spider mob that drops an item for a spider set.

No, cobwebs are used for atmosphere, for example like a creepy cave, also no would would break them being that it spawns a mob and cave spiders usually give really low xp.

Not only that, but it would make the game too easier for E.G the boss for the spider dungeon who as a spell to trap you, making it too easy.

But perhaps a non actual coweb. Just retextured block

 

Make "cobwebs" a retextured block, and make the boss mob cobwebs real cobwebs and unbreakable.

 

you could systematically break webs in houses to make death traps

 

Or make them a mob that spawns like suspicious crates.
