You throw one of the books at the mouse hole.
It hits the hole outline and is undamaged.

Turns out mice don't like to read, although you already know there isn't any mice in the hole.

I guess I touch the walls to see if theres a secret button

 

You feel around on the shelf side wall to see if there are any buttons.

You search around and behind the shelf, and you also search around, under, and behind the bed too.
Sadly, you do not find anything.

Maybe somethings hidden in plain sight...
What next?

 

I break the bed

 

So am I in real life yet I managed to break a bed

so I jump on the bed till it breaks

 

You feel a heavy blow from the wind out of the doorway leading to the outside.
As if the world itself sighed.

You start jumping on the bed, up & down trying to push you legs into the mattress to bed to try and break the frame.
Despite the bed looking like its from the 18th century, it is incredibly sturdy.
After trying for a solid hour, you give up.

You remember how you first woke up...

Theres gotta be something...
What else?

 

I just go outside

 

Not knowing what else to do inside the room, you decide to go outside.
And...


You're practically blind.
You're barely able to make out anything due to how bright it is, your eyes feel like they're on fire, and the pain is worse than anything you've ever felt before.
Despite that, you are able to make out what you can on assume is multiple paths leading in different directions, but the only thing you can think about is how much your eyes hurt.
You should go back inside.

What do you do?

 

Work through the pain, and follow a path going behind the house

You decide that your eyesight really isn't all that important, so you follow the first path you saw.

Heading through a winding path, you find...


Nothing...?
At least, you think its nothing.

You can't see anything and the path just circles round on itself.
You should head back and stop putting yourself through this pain.
Now what?

 

Head back an investigate the crates

 

Finally

You head back to the house and investigate the crates.

There are six boxes in total, all too heavy to try and move by yourself.
Each box is tagged, but you're unable to read any of them.

Maybe you need something...
What do you do next?

 

Go back to the house to recover the eyes

 

You're already back at the house.

 

Wait until the eyes are free from pain

edit: Oh void did something, but wait either way, then he'll look at the crates
