As the title says, I'm looking for a chest plate that has has high Thunder defense. I would like it around the high 80's and the low 90's. Preferably it would be cheap since I do not have much money, since I spent it all on my crippling gambling problem (horse breeding). If it is expensive, I could make a deal with you to sell a legendary of mine. I only have 4, but I could grind to get some more. Thanks for reading my request, have a good day!

 

don't have an offer but Soul Signal and Umbral Mail both work for your specifications, plus they're probably cheap

 

As far as I know, Thermosphere is one of the best (if not THE) best chestplates for Thunder Defense, and I have one right here.

It can go up to 39% but this is still better for Thunder Defense than scores of other higher leveled chestplates. How much can you spend right now?
