Claim to Heroism balance?

I've played five rounds this cycle thus far, and in all of them the Hero has won. Is it a fluke? Or is it uneven matchup? In order for the Hero to win, only 1 person has to be good. In order for the non-Heroes to win, all five of them must be good. A lot of newbies are found in CtH. Perturbing.

 

And then there's those who know mechanicaly how the game works, but just suck at it (*cough cough me cough cough*). The game's design does mean the ebst player will most always be hero.
