Characters missing.

I took a few year hiatus from online for personal reasons and i when i came back to the game the i saw the new updates and when i tried to log into my account my characters are all missing, i had a decent amount of progress on my archer and wanted to know what i am to do to see about restoring my account, if even possible. my stats page didn't pop up at first then when i logged in it popped up but only the level 1 archer i had just made showed but my total levels is still 145. if at at all possible please help, thanks in advance :)
