Game Mechanics Changing between Classes and their ranked counterparts

The reskinned classes are cool, and it's great that they are what they are. However, you can't change between a class and its reskinned counterpart unless you're HERO or CHAMPION rank, where you have all reskins. It should be made that this feature is available to all ranks, except for only the classes that you have the reskins for.
Example: I have a lvl 105 Assassin, and am VIP+. However, I can't switch it to a Ninja because I am not HERO or higher.
Please make it so that this simple, most likely easy-to-implement QOL feature is available.

This was removed in 2.0. They're now actually bombs
