Typhlosion can learn attract too. It is pretty BS though.
Also Typhlosion can learn Blast Burn and Eruption, two 150 power SPATK moves with high accuracy and very little drawbacks, if given the proper gear.

I do agree with you on eruption being powerful and this one secret base trainer I like to fight in OR has a groudon that uses it and it's super OP

Also I'd rekt your Floatzel with my Meganium

 

floatzel has higher speed then meganium and can use ice beam

I've one shotted guys with ice beam before and as a backup floatzel can use blizzard btw leech seed runs into the same problem as nearly every other counter youve listed
if I can 1 shot you with a move you can't do anything due to floatzels superior speed stat especially when in rain conditions

 

But you need rain dance for rain.
Its like asking you to fight my Typhlosion (Who knows Solarbeam btw) in Sunny Day
