Learnable moves:
Magikarp: Splash: does absolutely nothing, Tackle: low level low power move, Flail: a decent move that relies on magikarps hp, Bounce: a miniature fly

Ice fang ice type move with 95 accuracy and 65 power physical
crunch: dark type move with 80 power and 100 accuracy physical
Sonic Boom: a rather weak move doing only 20 damage (still enough to destroy a magikarp) special
growl: lower attack of target
Water sport: weakens fire type attacks
Quick attack: normal type attack that always goes first 40 power 100 accuracy physical +always goes first
Water gun: water type attack with 40 power 100 accuracy special +STAB bonus
Pursuit: dark type attack with 40 power 100 accuracy physical
swift: normal type attack with 60 power and 100% chance of hitting special
Aqua jet: water type attack with 40 power 100 accuracy physical +always goes first bonus +STAB bonus
Double hit: normal type attack that hits multiple times 35 power 90 accuracy physical
Whirlpool: water type attack with 35 power 85 accuracy special +kinda shitty move +STAB bonus
Razor wind: normal type attack with 80 power 100 accuracy special +hits every pokemon on the field
Aqua tail: water type attack with 90 power 90 accuracy physical +STAB bonus
Agility: increases users speed
HYDRO PUMP: water type attack with ONEHUNDREDTWENTY power 80 accuracy special +STAB bonus

TM/HM moves:
Roar: makes the foe swap pokemon/ends the battle
Toxic: badly poisons the foe (damage increases each turn)
Hail: causes the hail weather condition
Bulk up: increases defense and attack stats I think
Hidden power: does damage of a random type
Taunt: forces the foe to use attack moves for 3 turns
Ice beam: ice type attack with 95 power and 100 accuracy special +possibility to freeze foe
Blizzard: supapowaful ice type attack with 120 power and 70 accuracy special +hits entire field
Hyper beam: arguably the strongest finishing normal type attack with 150 power and 90 accuracy (must wait 1 turn to attack again tho) special
Protect: defends the foe from all damage for 1 turn (some moves can bypass this)
Rain dance: activates the rain weather condition
Frustration:normal type attack the lower the pokemons friendship with you the more damage physical
Return: normal type attack the exact opposite of frustration (more friendship=more damage) physical
Dig: ground type attack with 80 power 100 accuracy physical -takes 2 turns to work -a single bulldoze/earthquake and u be ded
Brick break: fighting type attack with 75 damage and 100 accuracy physical +can shatter light screen/reflect
Double team: raises your ability to dodge attacks +gets really annoying sometimes to the foe
Rock tomb: rock type attack with 50 power 80 accuracy physical +lowers foes speed
Torment: prevents foe from using same move twice in a row
Facade: normal type attack with 70 power 100 accuracy physical
Rest: inflicts the sleep condition on user while restoring their hp to full
Attract: gives a high chance of the foe not attacking +when combined with confusion can make the enemy player scream "BULLSHIT WHY THE HELL CAN'T YOU DO A THING (insert pokemon name here)
Round: when used by multiple pokemon the power increases +yay teamwork
Echoed voice: when used multiple turns in a row grows stronger
Focus blast: fighting type attack with 120 power 70 accuracy special
Scald: water type attack with 80 power 100 accuracy +chance to burn foe special
Payback: damage increases the more damage you've taken physical
Giga impact: the physical hyper beam
Swagger: causes confusion but gives the foe attack up
Substitute: cuts your hp to create a double to take the damage of a single attack
rock smash: fighting type attack with 40 power 100 accuracy physical
surf: hm I ain't gonna explain
other hms: strength waterfall dive

Shard moves:
Low kick: fighting type attack with power increase based on foes weight (use against primal groudon for maximum power) 100 accuracy physical
Ice Punch: ice type attack with 75 power 100 accuracy physical
Icy wind: ice type attack with 55 power 95 accuracy special
Iron Tail: steel type attack with 100 power 75 accuracy
Aqua tail: we've already listed this one
Snore: does damage if user is asleep
Sleep talk: uses a random move from users moveset if user is asleep


Abilities
Floatzel: Swift swim (pairs well with rain dance for mega speed)/ Water Veil (no clue what this does)
Magikarp: Swift swim (covered up above)/ rattled (no clue)

btw your point of magikarp looking good: it's a goldfish meanwhile floatzel over here is a facepainted lifejacket wearing badass of some animal

 

You forgot that floatzel is also a Weasel. Also; Magikarp can make you richzzz can a Weźel do dat?
