Cant Yous The Mod/resource Pack

Hello there, i have always had trouble with the server resource pack, one day i found out that i can play on wynncraft if i set the resourcpack to promot everytime before i login, than i click yes and it works. If i dont do that than it takes a while for it to download and exactly when its done i get kicket. This happens only on my new pc what actully is a good pc (its an acer with i7 processor). Today i wantet to try to play with the wynncraft mod so i downloadet everyting and when all was setup i klicket on play, came on to wynncraft but than when i choose a server the pack starts downloading and when its done after about 1-2min i get kicket. By the way dont say its becouse i have bad internet, i have really good interner and downloading server resource packs worket good on my old pc. If you have any ide how i could fix this than please write it down below.

 

You might be able to solve the problem by entering your ressourcepack folder and deleting the pack; also, make sure it's set to allow the download.

The mod isn't part of wynncraft it's an independent modpack

Thx, but 2 things that is if I dont download the pack ecerytime i join the server than other people cant see me and you cant put the recource pack in the mod so easy also its hard to turn off that it everytimes downloads the recource pack on the mod.
The other thing that is to remove the recource pack in serverresource pack i will try but i think it will not work since my computer is not just slow at downloading the wynncraft pack also other server packs.
