Cant See Low Lvl Player?

So I have an alt to be my 'bank', and I decided detlas will be more convenient for my alt to stay since ragni is quite far. My alt is level 3, I travelled to detlas, and went to the item ider. Than I went to the item ider on my main too.
The problem is, my main can see my alt, but my alt cant see my main. We can still trade, but the figure/character was not visible, do I have to be at a certain level on my alt for others to see?

 

No this is a glitch that happens from time to time, it can happen with other players so I wouldn't get too worried about it, as it has nothing to do with your alt or level

 

wear any armor and it wont happen

 

this is a vanilla bug that has nothing to do with wynncraft.
