Can't Purchase VIP

Every time I attempt to purchase VIP I am sent to paypal, where I select my card(with money of course). But for some reason after I click confirm order I am sent back to checkout on the wynncraft store, starting a loop.

I have also seen other people with the exact same problem on the discord questions channel, but with no solutions.

Does anyone know why this could be happening? I have never purchased anything on any minecraft server before.
