Can't Download The Server Resource Pack Manually/automaticaly

I tried deleting "legacy" thing on resource packs and it didn't worked.
I tried following some guides on youtube it didn't worked.
I tried similar packs on internet but it didn't worked.
I tried deleting minecraft and it still didn't worked
I tried Server Resource packs: Enabled/Prompt and it didn't worked.

I think I need to download original resource pack but if I search for any original Wynncraft Packs and it doesn't shows up.

Can someone help me ?
