Cant Buy From The Store?

I tried to make a purchase on store wynncraft but after clicking on what i want it links me to a page asking for my username which i put in and then get linked right back to the store page ive tried on multiple browsers and even on my phone to no solution. can i get some advice?

p.s. i did see at the bottom of the page to get support via email a couple days ago but no reply.
