Cant buy a bank page

I cant buy a new bank page, i already have 8 of them and wanted to buy the 9° it says that i need combat lvl 40 and 37 EB +46 E and when i try to purchase it nothing happens, i have two classes an assassin 42 and an archer 51 and in none of them i could purchase the new page please help me.

 

Can you show me a screenshot? It's possible you don't have enough money to purchase it. If not, in my case, I have to click it then confirm it when the check comes up.

 

I think it's a bug.
For me switching to 1.18 and then buying the bank page worked.
