Will this still be viable after they eventually fix Exploding/War scream?

 

It depends how they fix war scream
if you mean the buff is being fixed,

It might affect the overall defense, it depends on how they fix it.

If you mean war scream life steal mana steal, I don't need to rely on that on my build
For exploding fix,

It might affect a little bit but it only happens in orange wybel that I need to rely on that, but overall it's tanky enough to not take lethal damage in a couple hit and you can recover.


Overall it's all unknown until they actually fix it but im not sure how they would be fixing it but I assume the effect would not be huge against my build

Would it be worth it if I payed another 15-20le getting a better one with the requirements?

You should invest ur budget on powders then

You can add them, but they aren't necessary. I have solo'ed it without them.

Probably going to try get this build for my warrior once I level it up, also what powders go on what, I'm new to this stuff haven't logged on in around a year it's like trying to learn another language for me xD
