Any Class Can You Make A Rainbow Build That Does Dmg?

RAINBOW builds...


So I was playing around with wynndata and tried out a build with Cascade (can be replaced with any rainbow weapon)...

...and thought to myself that it didnt do that much dmg (7k meteors). Other than that its ok with some defences and a bit of mana but i was a bit disappointed by the damage.
Are rainbow builds just not meant for dealing a lot of damage and if there is a way to make them acctually do some decent damage, what did i do wrong?

If you want to be more of a glass cannon, use Aura of Element instead of Libra
