   I wanted to add an extra powder slot to my Relic Bow so i can get a special but dont know how, or even if you can.

   You cannot add powder slots to an item; what you see is what you get.

   You just need 2 powder slots to get a special and I believe most weapons have that, unless you’ve already used one up
