World Can We Not Boats?

I just hate how oak boats sink sometimes. I rarely travel using a boat and when I do I dislike it.

 

Play on 1.8 or something

just play on a different version of mc, see if it sinks or not

CT isn't involved. It's because like horses, boats now update client side on 1.9+ clients. Therefore, due to various reasons, your client is updating faster than the server itself, and that's why it lags back/sinks.

Either use 1.9 and use scrolls/seaskipper/spells, or use 1.8 and use boats.

The reason I say CT isn't involved is because this is a code issue, and can be patched like horses did.

Actually boats worked fine until horses got patched, the patch broke the horses
