Can We Make The Servers Show How Long Ago They Reset?

I'd like to not, through bad luck, have to switch servers every 15 minutes. I understand why the servers need to restart so often, but I don't understand why they are always restarting as soon as I join. If I could see the ones that most recently restarted, I could avoid the ones that are minutes away from restarting.

In my opinion it might be time to optimize the server's performance. We got a huge new update this time around, and I think the next update should go for making the server run more efficiently.
