I got 4/4 memento with 177 spell

 

And so my skill points is 101 strength and 99 Dex since my blue mask is +19 strength

Just an FYI on the bonus attack speed tier stuff...

It doesn't work.

The animation makes it look like you're hitting faster but in reality you're still hitting at the same speed. Your melee hits only actually do damage once every three or four swings :P

Melee builds with super slow weapons are more efficient than just abusing some bug with +tier. It's getting fixed next update, good riddance.
There's also the fact that the weapon basically takes half your skill points away from intelligence...

 

+tier attack speed is getting fixed soon, so you will no longer be doing 100K updates next balance patch.


Anyways OP, I made a melee-only Alkatraz build a while back, however, due to +tier attack speed only affecting the spell multiplier and not the melee DPS, it won't work, I'll probably remake the thread once +tier attack speed is fixed so it does what it's supposed to do.

 

If tier atk speed gets fixed then the whole item system would need to be changed. Btw it's not a bug. It is meant to be this way and when u use all tier atk speed items then you just make yourself super fragile. I hate it how people make it seem like this is a glitch or a bug but the devs purposely made this in the game. Think of items like return to ether or tisuan's proof/ honour I forget which is the spear. They would be absolutely horrible weapons of the atk tier got changed. I don't mean to start a flame war or anything. Just trying to get this point across k

I think I heard something that @Selvut283 said it was a glitch and was not suppose to be intended and it should be making the weapon swing faster/slower not at the same rate, An example is wearing a taurus and then you swing with lets say a super fast weapon, it still hits like its a superfast weapon just the animation is super slow. <--- this will be fixed.
