Buying Buying Etheral (around 1-2 Le)

I am on the search for an etheral... I will buy for around low 1 le but I can go up to 2 le

I really need this wand because I am stuck with relic wand right now

Ummmm, 2 questions. One, are you level 70+ cause you can't use it if your not. Two, have you tried using Diablo because I've found it to work for me for lv 58-67. It's a pretty decent wand if you can get good buffs on it and no debuffs.

PS: this may be my opinion because mines maxed out
