Buy orders bugged?

    I've been selling items on the Trade Market for the "Highest Buy Price" (wynntils) and normally it instantly goes to the buyer. That isn't the case at the moment, even if I lower the price by 1 emerald, which usually helps if the tax causes a rounding error.

    What's happening?
