Building Flaw In Toa Floor 4 Boss Room

I was fighting the floor 4 boss of ToA (a rather annoying task for my water based mage), and after about 20 minutes, when he was nearly dead, I used a teleport spell and found I had somehow teleported into a 1x2 box and couldn't escape because the walls prevented me from teleporting. Can a builder please fix this problem, it caused me to waste a lot of time trying to kill the boss and get no shard.
