bug with the envoy part 1

After i did the parkour in the vent in the envoy part 1, i got teleported in a wall where i couldn't do anything, so i did /class first then /kill after seeing that it didn't do anything and that i got tp back to corkus city, i got back to the start of the quest and re did the /class and /kill at the entrance of the vent with no effect on the quest.
is there something to restart the quest or to get unstuck from this part ?
