Fair, but usually you'd want edefs to be more leveled out, and you are right that earth weakness can be ignored in war

 

I think the raw spell shouldn't have been removed from Capricorn or raw spell should have been removed from both. I agree that capricorn is better because of the additional 19 SPs (which mine has), but it has lost a lot of power. It lost 2 Mana Steal, All Raw Spell, and had its defenses lowered significantly. I don't think -325 LS and -150 thunder is comparable to -100x2 and 500 less HP when the only bonuses are ~20% ws and SPs. Memento is more flexible in building and doesn't stop high level hybrids from stealing thanks to items like Efteling, Heat Sink, Soulflare, etc. that have enough to mitigate most of or entirely eliminate -LS. Even builds that use AGI could include Memento instead of Capricorn to avoid the -earth and get more HP! Then there's only 1 bad elemental defense and -LS on Memento, but Capricorn has 2 very high reqs on top of lower HP and -elemental defenses. Previously those stats made sense because capricorn had 3/4 and 3/4, but now it's just not a mana powerhouse like a 4/4 Memento. You only need an average roll of -250 LS on Memento for any amount of +LS to make it a non-problem stat. I understand Capri needed a nerf, but I don't get why Capricorn has to remain worse forever. 20SPs and worse defenses from level 80 to 99 seems like a fair upgrade, but worse Mana and Damage and Defenses and HP is not.

 

May as well leave my wish list I guess.

I chose all these items because of how they are outclassed by other items (Wick > Quinque because of double powder slots and is easier to understand), Gemini (No one cares about elemental defences especially since it requires 70 in agility and dexterity), Cascade because of its pretty meh damage output and horrible damage against high elemental defence enemies, similar for sawtooth, again not very good damage output), event horizon despite being the highest damage wand turns you into a hyper glass cannon at your own expense and pandemonium because of how insanely hard it is to use in a build effectively with the worst negative elemental defences possible for any type of jewellery or armour other than Achilees which only comes at the expense of a single element, keep in mind, this is a bracelet we're talking about, not to mention its negative hp,spr and 225 in skill points

 

- Gemini is actually one of the few items where I think the percent elemental defenses can be relevant - for example, Insulated Plate Mail or Gravity plus Gemini is a good combination.
- Event Horizon has lower base damage than Cascade once you take into account powders, and the mana regen and spell damage boost on Cascade is usually enough to counteract the negative skill points in terms of damage, so I wouldn't say Event Horizon actually has particularly high damage. I do think it needs a bit of a buff though, given how difficult it is to use.
- I've heard the Item Team is prohibited from buffing Pandemonium. I don't know which is worse, that they're allowed to but haven't or that they aren't allowed to.
- Quinque needs neutral damage... what's the point of the % boost to earth and water without any neutral conversion...

Now that I've taken a look at it finally, I agree with Petrified Horror. It's such an interesting concept that unfortunately isn't really strong enough to work. Maybe replace the massive spell damage boost with Slow speed and -1 tier or something, that would have a similar design but allow more effective damage boosting.
