Broken Cowfusion

I was doing the cowfusion quest and at the part where u kill the cows for their entrails, my spells stopped working, i tried /class, nothing, i did /kill and came and redid the whole quest until the part where you meet the leader of the secret cow base and it would not trigger the cutscene.
