Basically Breezehands is too bad right now, it actually reduces your damage and does nothing else. Here is @Chigo_ 's and my idea for changes to Breezehands.

    Breezehands
    -500 HP
    -50 Earth Defense
    -50 Fire Defense
    -50 Thunder Defense
    -50 Water Defense
    -50 Air Defense

    SP reqs:
    100 Agil
    20 Dex

    +1 Tier Attack Speed
    +5% Walkspeed
    +5% Air Damage
    +5% Thunder Damage
    -50% Earth Damage
    -50% Fire Damage
    -50% Water Damage
    -20% Spell Damage
    +5% Melee Damage

If you think its too bad, look at this build:

    Morph Stardust
    Chestplate of Ineptitude
    Leggings of Haste
    Snail Boots

    Breezehands x2
    Diamond Fusion Bracelet
    Diamond Fusion Necklace

    Eidolon/Island Sniper

From my perspective (before I get the roasting that will end my career, this is my opinion on the matter), this is a nerfed version of the actual Breezehands.

    1. You added more -SpellDMG%, reducing damage further.
    2. You completely obliterated the players HP, EleDef, and EleDmg.
    3. Skillpoints were harshly buffed.

    Pros:
    1. Halfed MeleeDMG%.
    2. Slightly more WS%.
    3. Slight increase in AirDMG%

Comparing it to the major cons, the pros cannot outweigh them. Considering many classes are mana heavy (Assassin with all spells, Mage with Meteor/IceSnake, Archer with ArrowBomb, and Warrior with.... well.... basically ALL the spells.), and HP is MUCH needed in the lategame, I don't see it working out more than the current one. Besides, the current one can be easily countered with other accessories or just armour in general.

True, Breezehands was intended for an Air/Thunder build of some sort, but negating basically all other sources of damage makes it worse than the current one. You do slightly more melee, but all elemental dmg is halved (besides air), and spell damage is reduced. I don't really see that being better; you are too squishy and weak to do or take damage, and you can't really use it for the WS% either.

Maybe it actually is better, I don't really know. This is just my view on this one; I mainly look at the pros and see if they outweigh the cons, or something can easily counter them. Since the stat points needed harshly rose in this example, not much (if anything at all) can counter or outweigh the major downsides without using something like a Blue Mask or Morph Stardust.

Just a quick side note aswell, can you list weapons for other classes that could also do the same job as the Island Sniper and such? Thanks :P

I can see these points, but...

Any Tier Melee item doesn't need % spell, because of how CoI and Centipede destroy it. Breezehands is just like CoI in a sense.

As for the -element damages, thats to prevent it being overpowered when using standard melee items which are typically Earth/Fire. Imagine if you could use Alka without the -earth damage.

The sp and melee shall be buffed accordingly.

The HP and defenses shall stay, because well otherwise it would be too op for air (remember pre-nerf Burnout). Those stats are counterable as well.

    1. Understandable. I can see the reasoning with this.
    2. Also understandable. Balancing is tough, man! Make it too weak, and it's not used, but if it's too OP, it dominates everything.
    3. Thanks. :P
    4. I can somewhat understand it. I'd be more on-board with this if the negated HP was lowered to not make the user too squishy, and if it added AirDef instead of negating it. It's an air ring after all!

I buffed the Health, but well take a look at the Gert Chestplate, Warchief, Post Ultima, and Mind Rot. Those are all items oriented towards an element but give it just as much negative defense as the others.

Alright, I understand. Thanks. I feel like it, while a little weak (as most accessories are), is viable and could probably contend with the others. +1

    lies
    neutral weapons
just air (unless u want it to be thunder than go knock yourself out)
    its just mage
assassin may have good spells, but mages best stat is spell damage (ur talking to a lvl 101 mage and lvl 100 assassin)
pretty sure its one of the only + attack speed rings
