Breathing Helmet Problem

Guys, I completed Unerwater quest a long time ago, but now I found out that breathing helmet is also needed in quest "UnderIce". I tried to find my breathing helm, but I don't have it. I also tried to buy helmet again, but it didn't work too. I wonder where it can be, cause as I remember quest items cannot be sold, thrown out, etc. So I ask your help, please say where can I get a new or how to return 1st one.

Again have a problem with helmet after upgrading to Breathing helmet II its tag changes to Untraddable, but not Quest item, so it may be easily thrown out. And this happened to me too, and now I have problem with quest From the mountains, where this helm is needed. I did /fixquests and checked everything - nothing. Please, guys, need your help!

 

Go to Nesaak and buy another helmet from the armor merchant.
