    This thread gives the location of the altar and the item requirement to trigger it. I will tell you that most altar bosses typically drop a weapon and a piece of armor/an accessory, and the Tribal Sanctuary boss drops Antic Beads which are used to purchase the legendary masks in the Jungle Village.
