I still think that the authors have a chart of all the characters, and if one is to cute/innocent/happy/popular they’re like, “how can we ruin (characters name) life?”
For context, they once PARALYZED a character for no good reason, which leads said character to go into a spiral of depression.

 

Jesus... Idk, I don’t take most fiction seriously, rather I just get invested in it. Like in UnderTale I was invested in the story, but the tone never got too serious.

 

I get invested in it. But I’m not one to cry over characters (two exceptions, one from here, one from GF). But why do the authors have to make a character’s life suck?

 

They are either sick sadistic people or readers are just sick, sadistic people :-\

 

Maybe because of discourse? Or Anyone Can Die?
