boltslinger and archer

yet another post about me trying to find a archetype to invest in and max lvl

so i saw some people saying that bolt is bad now after nerfs and ive got some questions

first is it bad now? and if it is good can someone tell me what stuff is good like playstyles or builds or items

second how good is melee bolt or archer like with epoch tstack or something else

third is bolt really glassy because i saw that its first red node takes away its only defensive ability
