It's somewhat likely he's using Snail Boots. If he's using any glass-cannony items (Electrocharge, Earth Sanc, maybe even Puppeteer), Snail is a nearly a must. The other possibility is Heartbreak (but that lack of health is nearly impossible to balance out).

Also, I'm going to take a guess that his Grimtrap has negative mana steal (orange has shown a pic with one like that here), so that would explain the negative mana steal.

No way he's using Cancer (not enough dex skill points), and Electrocharge is a bit of a stretch for the same reason (and Breezehands), so most likely Centipede/CoI.

This leaves 940 health left with a perfect Snail Boots. If we throw in Earth Sanc and use one Gambler, there's 95 health left. (Note that by this point, we simply need to go over the desired amount of health, because we have two +health identifications that could easily be not maxed)

I'm thinking either Prowess or Vaward is in here because of a severe lack of skill points in Dex. In fact, the other skill points may be here specifically to use Prism. Time to start over :D

We need at least +1 Dex in this necklace (which makes me even more confused as to what these skill points are, so this is likely not the build) so let's throw Spider Eye Pendant in there for a tiny bit of extra melee damage. This is certainly a possible build (112% health roll on Snail Boots) but highly unlikely. The main problem with this is that the skill points simply seem to make no sense; why in the world is it 20 int and 21 def? It would be much better to have 20 int, 20 def, and one more dex, allowing you to use a better necklace like Shatterglass. Also, this quite simply doesn't seem to add up to the insane damage this build has.
