Yeah he was somewhat of a celebrity when he was alive, but iirc that was like 70 years ago? That might be me muddling up my facts. I mean, in general it's not that bad of an idea, maybe even make it so that the quest has this merchant, but then the weapons would have to be untradeable.

He died at 70, I think he was like...10-20 years before we enter the game (maximum of 50 years)
