World Blood Moon Event

Hey i got moar ideas ! XD
Today i got This idea because it was the night so the Moon and There were blood anyways let's start the suggestion :3
My idea is to have an évent named Blood Moon where maybe 3 times per day when the night come, There would be write in your chat : "The Blood Moon has started, Hope you Will survive..."
And after This message during all the night, the spawn rate of every mobs would be increase by x2/3 with mobs x2/3 with more power, strengh, speed, life, with the name of "Bloody" before the name of the mob at any lvl ( maybe not low lvl they would die too Fast) , and give more xp than before but not so Much for not be too op, and You have a drop chance too loot Lunar Blood where You Can trade it against a hidden merchant where you can only access during the blood moon and when it finish if You survived during all of the évent it would write in your chat : "Hmm I see You survived maybe at the next Blood Moon You Will die..."
That's all i Hope you like it maybe gimmie suggestions for make This better and tell me what You liked and what You dont liked and i must change it ty .3.
EDIT: I KNOW THAT'S NOT VERY DETAILED BECAUSE IT TOOK ME 5 MIN ON MY PHONE FOR MAKE THIS XD I WILL ADD DETAILS LATER ON MY PC XD

 

Nice suggestion.. But I swear there was a blood moon suggestion just like this with 4x more detail. It had specific mob stats and placements as well. Let me see if I can find it (hopefully it wasn't before 9/7)...
